After completing my major in Philosophy and studying Latin I went to Jerusalem and studied ancient logical texts known as The Talmud, then took various post graduate tests including the LSAT, where I had a perfect score on the Logic Games section, and the CFA, a rigorous financial test. I worked for four years in Private Equity Finance before leaving for Myanmar and spending two and a half years as a Buddhist Monk in the forest. Throughout my life since college I have been tutoring various subjects and ages. I believe that each student is capable of achieving their educational goals but are often held back by life events, poor experiences with teachers, or lack of confidence in their ability. Sometimes all that is needed is a clear explanation from a trusted friend. I hope to be that for others as these relationships guided me in times of academic difficulties in my past.
