I have my current CA Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential with authorization to teach English language learners.

I taught for two years as a Bilingual Reading Specialist (grades K -3) and then continued as the Reading Specialist (K-5) for two more years after the bilingual program was discontinued.

I ran an after school program (K-5) for four years with extensive homework help in all subjects at a Title I school, of which 75% of the students were English language learners.

I have tutored a 7th grade boy from a D to a B+ in Algebra and I just have always enjoyed math and understood how to create different ways of looking at problems for each students’ understanding. Other grade levels of one-on-one math tutoring experience: 5th grade, 6th grade, college entrance Algebra exam.

Along with my teaching experience in Spanish, I have also tutored one-on-one college Spanish 1 and have done a lot of travel in Spanish speaking countries, utilizing my knowledge of the language.
