I have over 14 years experience as a multimedia professional specializing in graphic design, photography and videography. I work as a volunteer part-time for an international non-profit, providing technical support and as an instructor.
Aside from my professional interests, I possess a deep passion for languages and world cultures, having spent time learning Korean, Hindi, and Spanish (my native language is English). Of these, I speak Spanish fluently, and I read and write Hindi well.
I have found that learning other languages and studying other cultures has helped me to be more open-minded and empathetic in my professional work and as an instructor – when learning a new language, you are forever a student of that language.
I enjoy learning, and I enjoy helping others do the same.
Education
I attended Walter Biddle Saul High School of Agricultural Sciences in Philadelphia, PA and I majored in Communications. I graduated with my Vocational High School Diploma, and as a member of the FFA(Chapter Degree) however, since they did not list my High School, we are asked to select one on the list of similar rank. I also do not have an Associates Degree, I choose this since High School Diploma was not an option.
I also enrolled in a Hindi Language course through the International Language Center of San Antonio, and I completed this course in 2013.
