Algebra 1 and Elementary Math tutor

Hello!!

I have been informally tutoring my younger siblings and friends for as long as I have been in school being the oldest of five and having a father teach math at the collegiate level. I have done voluntary tutoring since middle school with clubs like National Honor Society. After high school I have continued tutoring others in various science and math topics from their classes or professional exams like the GMAT and LSAT. I have even taught a class for a program that tries to increase minors' and other at risk children's interest in STEM.

Aside from studying and tutoring, I enjoy playing sports, volunteering, and reading. I particularly love sand volleyball and thriller novels. I participate in a variety of service projects with my organization, but my two favorite was a custodial appreciation project (making goodie bags for every 500+ custodial members of Texas A&M University) and the weekly visits at the Boys and Girls Club. I recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Business. Currently, I am attending school to become an eye doctor.
