I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Indiana University, where I studied music performance, education, and foreign languages. I am currently completing a Doctor of Music degree (ABD), also from Indiana U. I have taught over 2,000 classes online, specializing in ESL tutoring. I have worked with students of all ages, from young children, to adolescents, to adults, and have tutored students whose English is already advanced, as well as those who are just starting out. I have helped students prepare for the TOEFL, IELTS, and Oxford Test of English, as well as prepared resumes, CVs, and other formal written documents. I am fluent in Spanish, and am proficient in Italian, French, and German. I also hold a TESOL certification.
In addition to teaching English as a foreign language, I also have extensive experience providing private voice instruction, tutoring in music theory, and English literature/academic writing.
