We are all more receptive to learning when we trust and are having fun. Three important aspects to my tutoring is building trust, so students value mistakes and the learning process. An experiential and hands on lesson whenever possible. Set learning goals and expectations so we know where to start and how to demonstrate progress.
The best part about tutoring is individual and/or small groups where we are able to connect and focus on personal goals, strengths and areas to grow. Lastly, positive encouragement for learning and behavior choices during a session help with the keep a good flow and happy energy for each session.
