I graduated with a finance degree and began working in Leveraged Finance after college. After practicing and prepping for a year, I went through Investment Banking recruiting and landed a coverage role at a Bulge Bracket bank within a Technology group. I have worked in that role for 2 years. During this time, I also went through Private Equity recruiting and practiced modeling exams and case studies. I landed a role with a top-tier private equity firm where I will be starting as an Associate in the fall.

I have 3+ years of experience with financial modeling and accounting, including DCFs, LBOs, trading comps, transaction comps, and merger analysis. I have worked on a broad set of deals across sell-slide and buy-side M&A, de-SPAC mergers, IPOs and follow-ons, etc. I also have my series 63 and 79 licenses that are active.

I am very passionate about helping college students and professionals get the finance, accounting, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills necessary to succeed in Investment Banking or Private Equity. I enjoy helping others get the confidence and technical skills to ace their case studies, modeling exams, and general technical interviews!
