About Matthew

Hi! After graduating from Caltech with Math and Chemistry degrees in 2013, I started my PhD in Chemical Physics here in NYC at Columbia, where I have one year remaining in my degree. As a scientist in an interdisciplinary field, I am especially talented at helping students understand how the material they are studying fits in the larger picture of their education. My specialties are math, chemistry, physics, and computer science. I've tutored for and taught a number of undergraduate math and chemistry courses at Caltech and Columbia. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming test or looking to develop your passion for one of these subjects, I'm here to help!
