I graduated from the New York School of Interior Design in 2007 with a BFA. I have almost 10 years of experience working at commercial architectural/design firms; 3 years as an independent entity. I have worked in many different fields of interior design: Domestic retail shops for Ralph Lauren Home, Gruzen Samton, doing both commercial and municipal design, Whitehall Interiors specializing in high end and new construction. Last, but not least, Robert A. King Architect, specializing in historic preservation.
I have experience tutoring at a college level; but in art, and art history. I have also tutored both history, and science on a 6th-grade level. As far as elementary experience goes, I tutor students in: Pre-k- 7th grade in ESL and English. I enjoy coming up with individualized techniques to help students remember things, whether it be a song, an acronym, a drawing; whatever works!!!
I enjoy writing in my spare time, also painting. I am a huge NFL fan, I like going out in the city and seeing what it has to offer, there is always something new to explore. I worked as an Interior Designer and Project Manager at several commercial architectural firms around Manhattan for the duration of 10 years. Today, I own my own interior design company, I teach ESL online in various countries. I am certified in China for teaching TOFEL and TESL.
