About Micaiah

I have a Bachelors degree in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration on education and psychology. I am a recent Masters degree recipient in the field of Elementary education I am an honor's graduate with highly qualified teaching qualifications per the state of North Carolina. I currently teach 2nd grade. I am well-versed in tutoring elementary school children, in any topic that is required; particularly common core math and English. I have always been a tutor driven by a desire to help the student understand the course material beyond the scope of the class. By getting to know my students on a personal level, I look forward to making educational connections that students will remember for a lifetime rathe than for a short moment to just pass a test.
