I am an Environmental Geologist with a Master's degree in Geology from University of South Carolina. I currently work as an Environmental Geologist for Arrowood Environmental Group and a Substitute Teacher for The Galloway School in Atlanta. I spent 13 years teaching hands on science labs at Sagamore Elementary School instilling a love of science discovery through fun, interesting and engaging lessons. I also assisted with Sci-Quest summer science camps leading groups of students to local streams to study water quality and biology of stream organisms.
I am highly skilled at making scientific concepts understandable and interesting while teaching critical thinking skills that are beneficial to all subjects. My specialty is earth and environmental science; however, I tutor math, general science, biology, chemistry, math, and reading.
