My experience leading college level composition courses and working at a variety of tutoring centers has demonstrated that not only is teaching, or any role in education, my passion, but it also where I belong. I feel strongly about making sure that students needs are met and not disregarded. The classroom needs to be a space where students feel welcome! Students deserve to feel comfortable while they learn to insure retention of the subject material and growth in their intellectual maturity.
