I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, graduating Cum Lade. I am currently working at a boutique Investment Bank here in Los Angeles where I am responsible for supporting senior members of the deal team by creating pitch documents, conducting research and analyses of sports-based companies, constructing detailed financial models, and assisting with the due diligence process. Prior to starting my current role, I was a Business Valuation Associate at Deloitte Advisory in Los Angeles where I advised Fortune 500 companies on various valuation-related assignments. My duties included performing valuations relating to purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment tests, and private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) portfolio companies within the entertainment and technology sectors. My previous experience also includes internships at PwC and Merrill Lynch.
Throughout college, I tutored a multitude of subjects including Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and more! I am also FINRA Series 63 & 79 registered.
