I'm Arianne (she/they), an LA-based educator and artist originally from Cincinnati, OH. After graduating early from Covington Latin School (a prestigious, accelerated College Prep High School), I went on to receive a BA from University of Indianapolis majoring in Theatre/Music, as well as completing 3 years of the Nursing program. Post-university, I worked at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, teaching children of all ages and backgrounds about paleontology, archaeology, music, and theater. I also have 7 years of experience as a Standardized Patient, teaching medical students about communication and empathy in one-on-one settings. I create supportive and motivating environments for my students, where ideas, questions, and fun are encouraged. I am skilled at explaining complex ideas in clear and simple terms, as well as finding creative ways to help students achieve goals. My goal is to empower my students to apply what they've learned on their own, so they can continue to be their best even after we've finished!
