I have a Bachelor’s Degree in History from California State University Los Angeles and have over a year of experience in tutoring students in middle school and high school in American, World, and Classical history, all levels of English, and Math up to Algebra 2. I apply the mentality that every student varies in strengths and weaknesses and that lessons should be designed in a manner that acknowledges and works with those attributes in order to improve a students’ performance. I have an extensive knowledge in American, World, and Classical History. In addition, I can tutor students in all levels of English and assist them with structuring and editing papers. Plus, I have knowledge the field of Math up to Algebra 2. My goal is to help students improve their performance in whatever aspect of whatever subject they have difficulty in. If need be I review material from previous classes in order to help students to fully understand the material they are currently working with.
