About Patrice

Hi! My name is Patrice and I am a graduate of University at Buffalo (SUNY BUFFALO) where I received a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. After graduating, I accepted a position as a Laboratory Technician in the Microbiology Department at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I worked and rotated through the blood, virus, molecular, fungus, central processing and biochemical stations. I specialize in tutoring algebra, geometry, chemistry and ESL. I thoroughly believe in a find success with my personal tutoring style that encourages and inspires my students. Forming healthy study habits for my students outside of the classroom and making the learning process fun and memorable so that each student can retain the subjects and topics that we explore together. My mission is support the education and personal growth for each of my students and to help create a safe learning space that yields confident and independent outside of the box thinkers that will be the leaders of the next generation.
