About Stephanie

I am currently faculty at the University of Southern California (USC) in the Writing Program and have taught at The New School for Social Research, and Temple University. I am a seasoned and award-winning English and Writing instructor with 15 years of experience. My teaching philosophy is simple—all students hold a brilliance that can be unleashed with a skilled and nurturing mentor. It is my greatest joy to help students cultivate a love of reading and writing by discovering their unique ideas and approach to literature and writing. I encourage students to cultivate personal curiosity and establish a learning style that fits their individual needs. In short, I teach way outside of the box so students can find their unique way of learning.
