Colorado Springs has a way of sticking with you. Peanuts creator Charles Schultz spent just a short time living there, but it made such an impact on him that it made its way into the comics. He even named Linus and Lucy after his quirky neighbors. Our statistics tutors in Colorado Springs hope to leave just as positive of an impression.
One of the things that makes our statistics tutors so great is the personal touch. They come straight to your house, so you should feel comfortable allowing them so close to your inner sanctum. Tutors do not just teach the student. They build a relationship.
Working with a Colorado Springs statistics tutor, you get to know them as much as they know you. In many ways, they become as much of a study buddy as they are an authority on the material. That relaxed atmosphere makes it much easier to learn, as you might find ways to tie the concepts to your experience and solidify the memory in your mind.
We hope that you remember the material, but we also hope that you remember your experience with the math tutor too. Instead of wishing the minutes will move by faster, you will be wishing time is not running out on your sessions.

One of the most fun things ever to come out of Colorado Springs is the annual Santa tracker that NORAD provides. In case you do not know, NORAD is the North American Aerospace Defense Command, which you might assume protects us from aircraft, missiles, and spaceships if those ever come around. We do not have an actual Space Force, but this is as close as we get. So why does the system meant to protect us from international or intergalaxial attacks also track Santa every year? Are they so bored that they turn to whimsy? The answer is yes, sort of. Back in the 1950s, Sears posted a phone number for Santa in an ad they sent around town. Unbeknownst to them, they mistakenly listed the number for NORAD Colorado Springs. The Colonel on duty started getting calls from kids and, instead of hanging up, he had operators find the “location” of Santa and report it to every child who called. This started an annual tradition that employs 1500 volunteers each year.
When you are in school, it makes a difference when your teacher is in on the joke. It can sometimes feel like your teacher is a robot. Things like a silly Santa tracker might get shot down as a waste of time. When you develop a relationship with your educator, like in statistics tutoring in Colorado Springs, you can find ways to make lessons stick better.
I remember suggesting that we watch Shark Tank in my high school economics class and the teacher laughed in my face and told me that was a dumb idea. He did not really understand what the show was and thought I just wanted to waste time. Meanwhile, I thought that our lessons on valuing companies could be more interesting if we saw practical applications of people selling equity in their ideas. If he had the mentality of a personal tutor, he might have seen how it could help. Our Colorado Springs statistics tutors focus on the students, so they get the lessons that help them most.
