I am an experienced (15 years) tutor in mathematics, and have taught at the university level. I work with self-motivated students (non-traditional students are welcome) who are struggling to understand concepts in college-level (and above) mathematics.
I specialize in logic and the foundations of mathematics, but am prepared to teach (nearly) any subject in math that you would encounter in an undergraduate or graduate program (with the exception of graduate programs in mathematics, statistics or machine learning). I've received perfect scores on the ACT, SAT, and GRE math sections, and am experienced in tutoring for these; I have also prepared students for the logic section of the LSAT. I've taken and tutored almost any math class you'll find at the HS/undergrad level: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, discrete math, probability theory, graph theory, topology, game theory, logic, and more.
My credentials include a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Gonzaga University (2012), and a Master's and PhD in Logic, Computation, and the Methodology of Science from Carnegie Mellon University (2017, 2021).
