Hello!
My name is Teo, and I am currently completing an undergraduate social science degree at the University of Minnesota. I have ample instruction and mentorship experience, ranging from graduate-level pedagogical study to early childhood, adolescent, and adult education. I am an extraordinarily methodical and detail-oriented person, and I reflect these qualities in my thoughtful, personalized teaching plans. Aside from this characteristic, I am also patient, flexible, and encouraging. Despite having high expectations for myself and my mentees, I am naturally sensitive and understanding, recognizing that each pupil faces different challenges, exhibits different talents and skills, and has unique goals.
Before pursuing the social sciences and developing an interest in B2B consulting work, I was initially studying to become a private violin instructor. Subsequently, I am very knowledgeable about and care deeply for individual instruction and education in general. As a student with learning disabilities growing up with limited resources and facing unique challenges of my own, I understand the value of contextualized, encouraging one-on-one tutoring. I will work closely with you and your child to establish realistic goals, track progress, and ensure future success.
I am committed to critical, informed, and multidisciplinary approaches in all forms of study. I value personal growth, self-awareness, and the ability to learn to teach oneself throughout a lifetime over all else. In my opinion, that is the foundation of a balanced, fulfilling, and intelligent lifestyle.
