I am a former Romanian Language Substitute Teacher for secondary education level and currently offer online tutoring classes to English speaker students who want to learn Romanian. My native level proficiency allows me to convey the correct pronunciation and the prior teaching experience gives me the ability to craft personalized lesson plans.
I have over 10 years of experience working as a linguist in support of the US Army, as a translator, and as a court interpreter as well. I have the ACTFL certificate - Superior level, I am a Texas Licensed Court Interpreter, member of the American Translators Association, and other professional organizations.
I love sharing my knowledge with students and I offer proper pronunciation and correct grammar rules, two elements that are hard to find in one place when acquiring this language. Learning the basics will create the premises for advanced knowledge and reaching the fluency level. Learning will be fun and rewarding!
