I have been tutoring and teaching various level of math for 4 years now at different tutoring centers and private high school, college located in Garden Grove, Westminster, Irvine and Anaheim. I usually tutor math, ranging from Algebra to Calculus AP, Geometry. My main task is helping students with their homework and explain to them concepts that they found confusing in school. After students are done with their home work, I teach them the next section so they are more prepared in class.
I love tutoring since I can see the joy when students truly understand what they are learning and not just complete the steps blindly without knowing why. I like students to know why certain concepts in math is true. I think this would help them further in mathematics or a related field with math.
