Hello all, and welcome to my page! I have enjoyed working as an English tutor for over three years. I began by tutoring privately during my undergrad, where I met with students of all ages. During graduate school, I began working at the Writer's Resource Lab at CSULB, where I tutored college students on writing assignments, essays, personal statements, resumes, cover letters, and projects from various classes and fields. To work there, I was required to take a special course on writing tutoring and undergo regular training sessions, so my approach to tutoring is based in theory and refined through training and experience. I am happy to work with students at any level and at any stage in the writing process, from deciphering the prompt to final revisions and editing.
