I have a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Studio Art from UC Irvine. I have 2+ years of tutoring experience in Mathematics. I recently had the pleasure of working with 7th grade students as an AmeriCorps Member for an education-based non-profit organization called City Year Los Angeles. I acted as role model, mentor, and tutor for all students and managed to help students get back on track towards graduating. I've also tutored an aspiring teacher with the CBEST and CSET math exam. I have experience tutoring people of all ages and am open to tutoring any grade level. I try my best to make each session engaging and entertaining while also taking learning styles into consideration. I believe everyone has their own way of learning and will never hesitate to explain any concept as many times as needed as long as the concept is mastered.
