I can present Math topics in so many different ways, according to the way you learn best. I love using colorful drawings and 3-D models. My highschool students love the way I explain things... they say I always seem to know what they are asking even when they have trouble finding the words for it. P.S. Not sure what happened with my photo there, haha!
To be sufficient in a subject is to be able to perform the problems assigned to you. To be proficient in a subject is to be able to perform any problem that could be assigned to you, or at least tackle them adequately. In our fast-paced society, more times than not, students are educated just to be sufficient in a subject. My intent as a tutor is to educate a student to master that subject -- to be proficient in ... See more

Buffalo is certainly known for snow. If you have ever seen a Buffalo Bills game in the heart of winter, you might not be able to see the lines painted on the field because the snow is so heavy and covers it faster than they can uncover it. It contributes to the bad rep that Buffalo gets, as many think that it is just a frozen, isolated wasteland. People from Buffalo know better. It is actually the fourth safest city from natural disasters. Sure, the road can get snowy, but that is why plows exist. Other cities deal with tornadoes, earthquakes, or hurricanes, but Buffalo is relatively safe from those disasters.
When considering safety from nature, there is a bit of a trade-off. For example, Los Angeles is beautiful most of the year, but the occasional earthquake could do massive damage. Conversely, in Buffalo, you deal with more day-to-day cold than most others, but you are much less likely to experience a freak incident that takes out necessities for multiple days. You will certainly not get snowed in because the plows are plentiful and prepared. This is the same when considering math tutoring.
The tradeoff when considering Calculus tutors in Buffalo is between those same two criteria. If you work with a tutor, it is going to add a little bit extra to your schedule in the short term. For parents, the bill might scare you off. But in the long run, you will see great benefits. Instead of a failed test coming by surprise and forcing you to buckle down and study, you will stay prepared. Challenges like a heavy snowfall might still come, but they are easily plowed away, so you can get back to having fun. Our Calculus tutors keep you ahead of disaster.
Living in Los Angeles is great. You get lulled into a false sense of security and feel happy most of the time. But when it comes to the sustainable choice, working with a Buffalo Calculus tutor puts you in the best position to stay disaster free.

Of all of the presidents, there are a few in the 10-30 range that have fallen into relative obscurity. It is probably safe to say that everyone knows the big ones like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Thomas Jefferson, but there are a good number of people that will look at you with a blank, confused stare if you told them about Buffalo native Millard Fillmore, who was our 13th president.
Just as Millard Fillmore is one of the ones that only history buffs know about, many of the concepts of Calculus are things that only a math whiz could tell you. A lot of these terms go right over the heads of the less mathematically inclined. That is why Calculus tutoring in Buffalo is a great way to get an extra boost.
Buffalo tutors can help you with all of the odd concepts that are making you confused. If extrema are as confusing to you as they were to me, working with an expert can help you see how it fits into the bigger picture.
Our Buffalo Calculus tutoring will help you learn everything from the obscure Millard Fillmores to the well known Barack Obamas of math.
