I am just starting out as a tutor and I hope I can make a good impact. I graduated with a BA in Psychology a few years ago, and have since had a few different jobs. When I came across this opportunity recently, I was excited to have a chance to be back in a classroom setting since my time as a student, which seems like the very distant past. No matter what, I am grateful for this experience.

I have a passion with teaching various of subjects like english, math and history. I am dedicated to teaching anything that students are having trouble with and showing them step by step on how to solve a problem, write an essay or just helping out with any homework. I am attentive and patient to any student that needs help with an exam, homework or anything that the student needs help with.

Why choose between passions? I have a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with branches in U.S. Constitution, Immigration Law, International Organizations, and plenty more. I volunteered for political campaigns during my early 20s. I have also always enjoyed painting and arts and crafts, so I studied visual arts which allowed me to continue creating art as an adult.

I'm extremely passionate about learning, and believe everyone is capable of being as smart as they want to be. The knowledge people have and the speed at which they learn new knowledge is not fixed, and I care a lot about helping people reach their full potential. I am an expert in math and was in the 99th percentile on the SATs. I look forward to meeting you.

I am a seasoned tutor with my master's in General Psychology and Substance Abuse Counseling. Currently, while working underneath my supervisor, I run varied groups in a psychiatric inpatient facility. My interest in tutoring and helping students stems from a group I co-ran for patient's who wished to acquire their high school diploma through TASC testing.

I assure you that we will find a way for you to grasp anything you may be struggling with, we just have to figure out how you learn best. I am always open to questions and repeating any lessons to help you be prepared. I have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from California State University, Los Angeles. I have 2 years of experience in tutoring students ranging from first to sixth grade. No matter what obstacles we may encounter, I will always seek to assist all students assigned to me to achieve success in their academic endeavors.

I graduated from Shiraz Islamic Azad University, but since heytutor gave a list of the US universities, I chose a US university with almost the same ranking. Having taught English for more than two decades to foreign students of different ages, I can dare say that I have enough experience to teach English.

I graduated high school 2 years ago, I was the valedictorian for both middle school and high school. I am now a pre-nursing student. Over the years I have struggled, but also persevered and developed different methods to achieve my academic goals. I am here to help anyone who needs guidance.

I have always enjoyed helping students with English. Other subjects I have tutored in are Math and basic Spanish. I have experience working with groups of five, as well as individual tutoring. Ultimately, I support students, so they become more confident on their educational journey.

My mission is to help underserved students stay on grade level, despite past or present factors in society. i.e. pandemic, fire, homelessness in neighborhoods, fear of gun violence, family along with tutoring will make a successful outcome for our students.

I am obtaining an Associates degree in the upcoming spring, I have experience tutoring children from ages 5-12. I love helping children understand mathematics and English. I take them step by step and encourage them to ask questions whenever they have any.
