Oscar Wilde once wrote, “Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes.” This doesn’t mean making mistakes is enjoyable, and that is where I come in to help students. Having worked for years supporting students with several types of learning differences, I realize that understanding a new concept can be hard, but I know how to help you find success. I’m known by students as “the teacher that cares,” and I bring this approach to my work. ... See more
I have an associate in Art and am working towards being a radiologist at TCCD. I have a huge interest in childcare/elementary education because I believe having the right tutors or teachers can impact a child’s entire life! I love helping kids learn and figure themselves out, since everyone learns differently. My goal is to help kids figure out their learning patterns, and apply them to their school work!
I am excited to help you. If you don't get something the way somebody teaches, don't be discouraged. You may need to be taught differently to make it make sense. I am determined to help you be successful. I know what it is like to struggle with schoolwork. I worked extra hard in school after having the right person take notice that I was struggling to get the help I needed.
I started college when I was 14, and finished high school at 15. I enjoy learning about the history of modern literature and have been working towards a graduate career since I got my associates degree, and I love helping others find that same drive in their own life.
