I like to think of music the same way a personal trainer would think about exercise and fitness. We build up a solid foundation in the proper muscles, and then further develop on the student's technique so they become proficient players. I want the student to feel confident to start making music right after their first lesson with me. We will develop the student's musicality and ear just as much as the muscles in the hands and arms. My students feel a sense of confidence about themselves as musicians and are constantly pushing themselves to be even better.
