As one of the biggest cities in Florida and on the East Coast, Jacksonville is quickly growing increasingly important in the banking and insurance worlds. Because of the increasing demand for professionals in these industries, math and science are becoming an important part of everyday life for more and more professionals in Jacksonville.
Life is a balance of work and fun, and this is especially true in Jacksonville. We at HeyTutor think if you work hard, you should be able to party hard, too? Jacksonville has everything anyone could want (save fo the occasional hurricane), and people flock from all around the country to visit and live in the city. As the city continues to grow, schools are running out of resources and teachers don't always have the time to give each student the individual attention they need. For all the preparation schools claim to do for standardized tests, they typically just have you take the pre ACT or PSAT then throw you to the wolves for the real test. This is where HeyTutor’s Jacksonville ACT tutoring can be so valuable.

My intent as a tutor is to educate a student to master that subject -- to be proficient in ... See more

Deciding between the SAT and ACT can be one of the biggest decisions you can make in you college application process. We recommend that you take both the PSAT and the pre ACT and decide which one you feel more comfortable with. Because the two are such different tests, it’s not a good idea to try and take both, rather you should focus on the one you’re comfortable with and try to raise your score as much as possible. If you feel that the ACT isn’t for you, and it certainly isn’t for everybody, you might be better served with one of our knowledgeable Jacksonville based SAT tutors.
