I truly believe that not all students learn the same way and it is extremely important to tailor the lessons. Not only should students be evaluated frequently but the way the lessons are taught should also be evaluated and tailored. I have my Associates degree in childhood education where I did complete 120 hours of observation in both elementary and middle school, as well as my Bachelors degree in History concentration in American History.
