English explorer John Lawson wrote about the beauty of Durham in 1701 when he called it “the flower of the Carolinas.” Lawson traveled all the way from England to the Carolinas to embark on an expedition through the backcountry. He traversed over 600 miles through the forest and met several Native American tribes.
He wrote about this experience and also played a major role in founding two of North Carolina’s earliest two European settlements which were named Bath and New Bern. Lawson was an adventurous type by nature and it led to him leading a full life. Several people moved across the big pond because of his leap of faith into the unknown. If you took a leap of faith into the unknown of a statistics class then you might not be feeling like Lawson.
He was triumphant on his quests, but right now you feel like you are going nowhere fast. If you want to become as strong a student as Lawson was an explorer then you are going to need the help of a Durham statistics tutor. Lawson had the help of Native Americans who helped him trek through the land. Without his guides, he would have had no idea where he was going and would have been attacked by other tribes.
He was given a pass which allowed him to get through this journey and set up a life in the Carolinas. You are going to need your own guide who will come in the form of a statistics tutor. Durham statistics tutoring will have you feeling like John Lawson, ready to take on whatever stands in your path.

Lawson was able to make his voyage to Carolina because of the people that he put around himself. The Native Americans that he worked with had a keen understanding of the land. They were born there and had a spiritual connection to it because of how connected they were to everything around them.
Lawson exploited this for his own gain which is something that European explorers did all across what became known as the United States. When you get help from one of our statistics tutors in Durham you will not be exploiting their services. You will be working with them to complete a shared goal. They want to see you learn and grow into a well-rounded individual.
This is what they bring to the table for you. The Native Americans wanted to work together in unison with the Europeans but they got taken advantage of in the process. HeyTutor is a collaborative company where your tutor in Durham will be working with you, not for you. It will really feel like you are in absolute control and not in a classroom run by a dictator.
We want you to be at the driver’s seat because this is your future. Statistics tutoring in Durham will have you driving toward your success while also showing respect to those who helped you achieve your goals. Reach out to our team of reps so you can feel the power of HeyTutor.
