Hi everyone, I am a bilingual English as a second Language instructor by day. I would like to be your tutor for k-12 English and Math. My specialty is English language arts, I especially enjoy research assignments that ask to analyze and synthesize meaning in response to a piece of literature of text. Please feel free to reach out to me about anything related to English language arts, including reading, writing, speaking and listening or basic mathematics.

I'm a math Major from Vassar College and have 4 years of experience tutoring students from Elementary through High School in a broad range of subjects. I'm very patient and my goal is to make sure my students are able to achieve a thorough level of understanding in whatever concept or lesson they might be having trouble with. I like to try to simplify things and provide a different perspective so that confusing concepts don't seem as challenging.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus in Theology and Disability Studies from Georgetown University. I have over five years of experience working with children ages five through 13. I am also a native fluent Spanish speaker. My primary goal is to provide an engaging approach to learning that is open and welcoming to all types of students ensuring their success in any of their endeavors.

I am a recent graduate from Cal State Dominguez Hills as a Liberal Studies Major. I have been tutoring kids from grades K-8th for about 2-3 years. I specialized in all subjects and it is my absolute pleasure to work with kids and help them achieve their academic goals.

I am currently a student at California State University, Northridge about to receive my first degree in Deaf Studies with a concentration in Communications. I specialize in learning about Deaf culture and how I can extend my privileges to a marginalized group. My work consist of helping others and it is what I am best at.
