I'm Akshay with a true passion for mathematics and science. I completed my Master's in Computer Science this year. I have been tutoring for 6 years now and have had great success with my students, ranging from middle school to college-age, and non-traditional students.
I began tutoring by helping other students in my high school classes. In college, I worked as a private math and computer science tutor subjects ranged from C++, Java, C#.Net, remedial algebra, geometry, trigonometry, to calculus, calculus-based physics, and chemistry. During my master's program helped more than 25+ students reaching their GPA goals.
I prefer one-on-one tutoring(also Online tutoring is possible) and enjoy engaging my students with fun and challenging problems. I like to apply math to real world situations to allow my students to fully understand the relevance and necessity of knowing and using math in their everyday lives.
I can meet anywhere in 30 miles from Austin area or online via skype, hangout, tutoring tools (whiteboard, coderpad).
