I am a woman on a mission. I came from a family background that did not prime me for success. Thankfully, I had the benefit of an amazing mentor and beat the odds to become a first generation college graduate, and soon to be law student. I have 5+ years as a volunteer teacher tutoring in U.S. History, Reading and Writing, and Standardized Testing.
I am committed to not only traditional tutoring but motivating students to dig deeper by teaching them how to prioritize assignment due dates, active reading strategies, self management and becoming better test takers while having lots of fun!
