I m a born and raised, native, Houstonian with a passion for education and an advocate of success; by means of any shape or form in which challenges an individual to push themselves past the boundaries of normalcy and shine bright by stepping out of their comfort zone and right into their purpose! Having built built my foundation of success on Education for over twenty years at Lone Star college financial aid office; while working so closely with the diverse Houston student population and their families so consistently, and closely allowed me to use my communication and big heart to pursuer a career serving others in the most rewarding way; growth and elevation in higher education!
College Financial Aid office as the FA Lead Specialist. I am aware
of the many procedures and policies colleges’ must adhere to; at the
college, local, state and federal levels. aided in my expert level of customer service that i took pride in providing , for every individual I encountered at the college. Advocating Success
and financial planning; with the superb ability to communicate the college financial aid process;
efficiently and effectively! I have over twenty years of customer service/administrative background, tailored with my Bachelors’ Degree in Communication, so I am more than confident that I am the absolute perfect candidate to able to relate, empathize, and Taylor each learning experience to each individuals personality and learning styles.
