I graduated Highschool in 2018. I graduated with Honors and went to the local Technical College in my town. I stayed home with my parents and worked as a Tutor for my school's AVID program. It stands for Advanced Via Individual Determination. I was in the program since 7th grade and this program helped me prepare for tests, assignments, and midterms. I know study strategies and note-taking tips that could help you really grasp the material instead of just memorizing for the exam and forgetting it once you set that pencil down. After a year of college under my belt, I enlisted in the US Army to become a Health Care Specialist/Combat Medic. I studied for 16 weeks after my 10 weeks of boot camp. I was NREMT certified, BLS Certified, and even taught ALS for wartime medicine. After successfully completing my training, I was stationed at Fort Sill, OK. I attended another 2 semesters of College at Cameron University while working over 60 hours a week in the Troop Medical Clinic. I was discharged from the army and carried on with medicine working non-emergent dialysis transportation for non-ambulatory and bedbound personnel. I have made the decision to take a step away from medicine and learn something new. I am determined to help anyone who is willing to learn something new.
