Eager to continue active, after 30 years of teaching, lecturing and coaching in economics and public management in Europe and South America, I find that tutoring in languages is the best way to strive and thrive. Helping others is my passion.

I studied public management in Colombia, bachelor in political science with minor in public administration in 1969, and economics in Chile and France, graduated at the Paris – Sorbonne University 1971.
I worked for 12 years (1977 - 1989) at the European Office of United Nations in Geneva Switzerland as economic affairs officer in UNCTAD dealing with international trade relations.
During the last two decades (1993 - 2017), I taught economics of foreign trade at college level while living in Bolivia and did coaching on management to government staff as well organizing workshops on volunteer basis to improve social conditions of rural populations.
The Bolivian Parliament distinguished me as a Meritorious Foreign Citizen in education 2011.
