I am a recent graduate of Princeton University where I received a degree in quantitative economics and econometrics; I further specialized in a variety of social science subjects as well. Additionally, I was a two sport collegiate athlete as well as both a wide receiver and a 400 meter sprinter.
My calling to be a tutor and to assist others in optimizing their intellectual capacity stems from the influence of great tutors who had helped me in the past. Learning should be a process that should be fun, engaging, and personal. It's very difficult to master concepts when you have instructors talking at you, not too you. With students, I will guide them in the right direction toward a solution or idea, but in a way where the answer isn't on a platter in front of them; in discerning matters for their own and reaching the "Ah-ha" moment where the lightbulb clicks for themselves, they will truly understand the material at hand and be able to apply it across various applications.
