I am currently faculty at USC, teaching Literature and Rhetoric. I have taught university courses full and part time for 11 years and tutored for over 15 years. As a tutor, I have facilitated student learning in all levels of English, Writing, Rhetoric, Spanish and Latin, standardized tests (SAT, ACT, ASVAB, etc), general studies, study skills, mathematics through Calculus, sciences including theoretical Physics and Biology, and fundamentals of phonics. I have taught and tutored all ages from 4 through 70 in basic skills and returning student services. With standardized tests, I have multiple approaches for variant learners and a history of drastically helping students increase scores (to the degree that I have had to speak on behalf of students before the College Board because the increase in score jarred so severely.) I love teaching all levels of students as their success brings me an uncontrollable smile. In order to help my students, I will go to any degree needed with direct instruction or nondirective means. I look forward to assisting your student achieve the heights possible.
