Hello students! I have an M.A. in Education and 14 years of experience in domestic and international communications and education. I served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Ethiopia and lived in Brazil for a year while teaching English and learning Portuguese. I have come to understand and showcase the invaluable link between culture and language. I have taught adult and teenage students on blog writing, resume and cover letter writing, formal email writing, creative writing, and other aspects of perfecting NATIVE U.S. ENGLISH. I have taught English as a second language from kindergarden to adult. Even though my focus has been on language arts and writing, I can help with anything, well,....not calculus. Ha!
