I am a current medical student at the University of Pennsylvania. I went to graduate school at Johns Hopkins, and undergrad at Cornell University.
My most recent tutoring experience has been with college students in sciences, especially Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology. I have also tutored a range of students from college students preparing for standardized exams including the MCAT and GRE, to high school students studying for the SAT and ACT. Previously, I tutored high school students in science, math, and other subjects geared towards their school curriculum and standardized tests. My tutoring rates are dependent on subject matter, and the materials that you have to guide our sessions. Please get in touch if you are in the Philadelphia area, or if you would like virtual tutoring via Skype.
I am very outgoing, fun, polite, intelligent, and organized. I am looking to provide tutor hours to children for various school courses and other skills (such as reading or standardized tests) to help support myself through my own education.
Additionally, I have 3 years of international work experience in NGOs and at the World Health organization. I have a Masters from Johns Hopkins University in public health, focused in statistics and epidemiology. Prior to that I graduated from Cornell University majoring in Sustainable Agriculture & Global Health.
