I have been trained by a local professional tutoring company, and have had students for both the SAT and ACT. I received a BA from Smith College (12th ranked Liberal Arts College in USA), and am currently enrolled in a Masters Degree program in Teaching from Drexel University.
I scored in the 99th percentile on my own SAT and ACT, achieving the National Merit Scholar Award, and I would love to help others succeed on the tests as well.
Just like a school subject, the college admission tests can be practiced and improved upon with a good teacher and hard work. With my students, I learn what are their strengths and what we need to work on, so that we can have focused lessons and get the most out of the time we spend on preparing for the tests.
I'm looking forward to building my student base and helping students and families feel more comfortable with the SAT/ACT!
