About Corie

Hi! My name is Corie and I've been a stay at home mom for the past 6 years to raise my daughter. I am looking to work with children again. I was a Social Worker for 15 years and during that time worked with autistic children both socially and academically. I truly believe children are our future but too much pressure on them can be quite damaging. I hope to be able to help some who may just need a little extra time or one on one attention to prove their excellence. One teacher's method of teaching may not reach everyone so through this program I hope to give some reassurance that with a little extra work, goals can be achieved and feeling proud of oneself a very high possibility.
