My name is Charles. I've been coaching, teaching, tutoring, speaking for over a decade. In addition to tutoring I conducting 6-hour seminars on various topic all over the US and its territories. I have been to most of the 50 States, Europe, South America, the Islands, and the Middle East. I have a certification as a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader* (CC CL).
Tutoring experience in providing a flexible with schedule, PowerPoint assistance, help with writing a speech, assist with classroom debating, help improve presentation skills, coach on developing confidence, provide tutoring for children and adults, help with school and business speeches, provide techniques on preventing anxiety, ability to lead a fun and engaging tutoring session and help with English Language, diction, accents, pronunciations and grammar.
As a licensed broker in the insurance industry I have conducted may presentations. In the past presented trainings for school employees related to their benefits such as HSA (Health Savings Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) 401k, retirement plans, insurance etc. School employees would include principals, teachers, teacher assistants, secretaries, custodians and whole school districts. The training on benefits have been conducted in many parts of Oregon and Idaho. I've trained the education industry on how to access benefits and how to use online services as well. The classes and trainings have ranged from 5-100 plus people in attendance.
