Qualifications & Experience

I have 10 years of experience learning languages from French to Japanese and understand the various ways that children and adults learn and experience language.

I have spent the past 2 years as an English teacher in Spain and Mexico, conversing with Spanish speaking faculty, roommates, store clerks as well as reading and writing in the language on a daily basis.

My language lessons are fun, engaging, and practical. The students will learn what they need to get an A in school as well as daily conversational language and most importantly, a brand new cultural perspective. In my classes, I use film, the news, books and games so that the student can fully immerse herself in the language in all of its dimensions.
