I am a recently retired educator who enjoys "paying it forward" with my English and writing skills to learners of all ages. I wrote and taught teachers and students a Creative Writing program for a large urban school district. Ten of my former students' essays still remain in The National Library of Congress! My passion is teaching, and I knew that I wanted to be an English teacher when I was in the fourth grade at a Chicago public school. And after teaching for 30 years, I am glad that I achieved my goal.
