I am a full-time non-profit professional with 1 year of tutoring college-level English, Sociology, and Anthropology and 6+ years of work experience as a certified career development coach (operated a career center), including helping with resumes, cover letters, applications, mock interviewing, salary negotiating, and anything else job search related. Although I do not have formal experience tutoring below the college and adult-education levels, I am willing to tutor K-12, and of course beyond. I personally graduated college with various honors and in high school had very high SAT math and verbal scores (1220), graduated with honors, a 3. 95 gpa, and 6th in my class of 300+ students. I am willing to tutor in order of preference: career development strategies; english language, reading, and composition; math; basic French and potentially other subjects as well depending on the need.
I have extensive references, work full-time in the non-profit/education world, and am known for excellent people and communication skills, including following very detailed instructions and managing complex, high-level projects. People say I'm energetic, dependable, a fast learner, and trustworthy, and capable of excelling and remaining adaptable in any situation.
