Jissen Jyukyu is the practice of the 19 essential, martial arts techniques, extracted from my 25 years of teaching and training Japanese full-contact Kyokushin Karate.
Mission: Teach others to embrace and benefit from the marital arts movements that have helped me and others to gain a lifelong lasting balance of strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, balance, and overall body movement control.
Concept: A non-contact full body workout, giving students the ability to experience and learn about the true practical martial arts techniques: striking 7 vital points with 19 techniques, in conjunction with acquiring the awareness of energy flow and how to access the true “Inner Fighting Spirit”.
Core Competency: Teach the true practical martial art techniques at the most condensed & simplest way possible (NO belt system & NO Kata (型) practice) in a small group (4 to 6
people).
