Hello! My name is Ming and this is my fourth year as a tutor. My educational philosophy is to support all students in being academically successful. I believe that as an educator I have the opportunity to encourage and motivate all students to achieve academic success. Furthermore, I believe that students' academic success is individualized and specific, which is why it is my job as an educator to incorporate good instruction, classroom management, and the presence of various teaching styles in a classroom.
I am accustomed to working in a multicultural environment that emphasizes the inclusion of the English language. Collaborate with members of the business community to improve programs, develop new programs, and provide student access to learning opportunities such as internships. I have been teaching History classes to a wide range of students of different ages and abilities (KS3 & KS4). Additionally, I am proficient in planning lessons and classes in detail. Teaching English and Biological Sciences in the past has been a booster to me in delivering curriculum support and development to the learners.
