As human beings, we have been gifted with the potential to learn. My hope as a tutor is to provide students with the resources that they need to reach their full potential as successful learners. I am specifically interested in literacy instruction because I believe that improving literacy skills can open the door to many opportunities. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and I have about 9 years of experience working in the education field. As a tutor my number one priority is to observe my students first to see where their strengths are and where they can use more support. I create my own plans according to the needs of each student and together we work on those goals. I hope to create strong and meaningful relationships with all of my students and I would be honored to be a part of any learning experience!
